Professional Business Solutions formerly known as Professional Benefits Services, Inc., was founded in 1991 by Jim Leahy. PBS, Inc., is a family owned and operated business located in Manahawkin NJ. Jim along with his daughter Tara have over 50 years experience in the employee benefits field.

In 2001 PBS, Inc. established a strong relationship with the NJ Club Managers Association and have been providing employee benefits solutions to many of their member clubs.

In 2008 in response to our clients needs we expanded our operation and started an energy consulting division. Electric and gas deregulation has had a major impact on how a business can save revenue due to the competitive nature of the supply. Our proprietary system compares all competitive suppliers’ rates offering our clients the ability to choose the lowest possible rate for gas & electric supply.
